Reqmes V1.3

ReqMes brings up a requester (actually a window) containing a message to the user and wait for the user to acknowledge it. The window automagically sizes to fit the text and it will appear immediately under the mouse. If it is impossible to position the window exactly where requested (if the mouse pointer is too close to the edge of the screen) then ReqMes will position the window as close as possible to the correct location.
